Ready for the Races

On Saturday my family and I celebrates my mom's birthday at the Chicagoland horse racetrack! It was so fun to see everyone dressed to the nines as well as bet on a few races. While I didn't win my bet on the Kentucky Derby (my bet was on Carpet Diem!), I did have a few winning tickets during the day!

I was planning on wearing this dress, however this fun dress came in the mail a few days ago and I thought it was ever so appropriate considering Vineyard Vines is the official wear of he Kentucky Derby. The weather was beautiful and I couldn't have been more comfortable in the dress.
