I’ve been looking forward to Thanksgiving all fall! It is one of my favorite holidays. Between the family time, delicious food, football and parade, the day is always one I enjoy. Though it will look a bit different this year, I am still looking forward to being home and enjoying some down time with my family.
I love dressing for the fall, and planning out my Thanksgiving outfit is no exception. What could be nicer than a cozy sweater for a full day of festivities and a full plate of delicious family recipes? Sounds like heaven. There are so many pieces out right now that are perfect for the holiday season. I rounded up a few outfit boards for some inspo. Now is the perfect time to add to your closet with so many great early Black Friday sales.
There could easily be a 20 to 30 degree temperature difference between my northern and southern homes, so I had some fun creating two outfits that I would wear if I were spending the holiday in either location. I could easily recreate these four outfits with items in my own closet. But it’s a special occasion, so I’ll probably find something new to add.
While I would absolutely love to wear a fun skirt or a comfy dress, I’ll be spending Thanksgiving in chilly Chicago and will likely wear something similar to the first outfit!
I also included masks for each look. I love matching my mask to my outfit, and there are so many designs that work well with a holiday look.
I hope these boards serve as some inspiration for your own Thanksgiving look! Where will you be spending the holiday? Will you dress for warm or cool temps?
