Happy Monday! Can you believe next week marks the beginning of March? Despite being a short month, February seemed very long to me. I’m looking forward to some (hopefully) spring days coming next month and also celebrating St. Patrick’s Day!
Though there are still a few weeks until St. Patty’s Day, I wanted to share a few subtle pieces for celebrating the holiday in case you’re looking for something festive. Almost all of these pieces are great choices for spring regardless of whether you’re shopping specifically for the holiday, and opting for a green option just ensures you won’t be pinched on March 17 😉. Enjoy!
A smocked top with balloon sleeves? Yes, please! I love that balloon sleeves are a trend we’re seeing for spring, and I think this long-sleeved top would be great for the transition from winter to spring. Pair with white jeans and you’d look darling.
It isn’t too surprising to see a headband in the Monday Mix, and this green one is a gorgeous color. Anthropologie always has the cutest headbands, so I knew right where to look when searching for a green one. This particular headband comes in several other pretty spring colors, too.
Earrings are always an easy and subtle way to show some holiday spirit. I like these marbled scallop hoops and think they’re a fun twist on a traditional style. They would be a great year-round staple and would be versatile with a variety of colors and outfits.
For a bolder earring choice, you can’t go wrong with these beaded shamrocks from Coco Designs. I love Coco Designs for the cute and affordable earrings she offers. While the website currently says sold out, the sweet owner indicated on Instagram that there may be a restock coming soon. Give her a follow to stay up to date and snag a pair!
If you’re spending St. Patrick’s Day in a cooler climate, these last two items are ones for you. The cozy darker green turtleneck sweater is a great option, especially if you’re not likely to see spring temps coming your way soon (sending warm thoughts!).
This button-collar pullover sweatshirt is such a fun twist on a traditional pullover, and it comes in several spring colors. Throw it on with joggers or jeans and either way you’ve got a comfortable and chic spring look!
Wishing you a happy and warm week!
